The Baratza Sette 270Wi is a bit steep on the pricing. It shifts an average espresso to commercial level quality. The consistency, color, and taste of coffee drastically improve.
Besides all the positives one drawback would be the noise. It is extremely loud while grinding. Since it is a small-sized coffee grinder this is not recommended for heavy-duty use.
Small café, restaurants, and office bars can use this coffee grinder machine for commercial use. Those who want next-level espresso at home and don’t have any budget issues can go for this grinder.

Eureka Atom Pro Espresso Grinder is a swift, simple and silent machine. The design of this machine is so versatile. The portafilter holder can be adjusted, and more importantly, unlike any other heavy-duty grinder, this one is unique.
The hopper has a vacuum function known as the blow-up technology. When it is pressed, with the help of air the beans are pressed down to the grinding chute.
Besides these features, this commercial coffee bean grinder can also grind in manual mode, and it can grind very fast. In under a second, it can grind around 7-8 grams of coffee.
Because it has been designed for commercial use a fan kicks on in the back whenever the machine turns on, and this keeps the motor cool by pulling out the hot air.
Grinding Capacity
This is not a vertical burr set so the retention is a bit more but on average, it’s a negligible number. The drip coffee grind that comes out has a decent number of fines as the settings get too coarse.
It is a multipurpose grinder therefore getting fines are normal. For espresso grind setting it does a pretty good job too. The Atom pro sports a slightly redesigned burr set which makes grinding fast and efficient.
Key Features
Cooling fan: With the cooling fan, the machine has an increased potential when it comes to quality retention

This has programmability and it is possible to program a single, and a double dose. The funnel holds the built-in display on which it is possible to make micrometric adjustments to the grind.
Grinding Capacity
This Nuova Simonelli G60 espresso grinder can easily pull up a nice fine espresso grind. It’s very consistent even at the coarsest level but not designed to go very coarse.
This is not adequate for single dosing. Uniquely the Nuova Simonelli G60 and the Mythos come with a clump crusher technology that plays a crucial part in delivering fluffy, even and consistent grinds.

Although Nuova Simonelli G60 can do fine grinds it is not capable of a Turkish grind. We’ve tried doing it but unfortunately, it clogged up the machine.
It is a high-end machine, nonetheless, it grinds great, and the coffee tastes good. We’ve tried single dosing but it seems like the hopper needs to be full to start dosing which is sad.
This would be the right pick for a low-volume shop. It has a backdated grinding technology. Seems like the Nuova Simonelli G60 is targeting a specific range of customers.

The Mazzer Super Jolly is a classic commercial grinder that is built like a tank. It’s an all-metal casing grinder. We’ve noticed how different the portafilter holder is in this grinder, it’s a bit more rounded and has a rubber piece on it.
This feature keeps your portafilter to be in place when grinding. A plus would be the easy programmability this grinder offers. It’s got a single, double, continuous run button, and two volume buttons to increase or decrease volume.
The burr grinder can be adjusted just by adjusting the collar underneath the hopper to change the grind setting.
There is a static screen in the inside of the doser hopper that is sometimes troublesome which is why some operators make altercations and remove the static lid.
Note: A Mazzer mini is available for those who want a smaller machine.
Grinding Capacity
This Mazzer Super Jolly electronic grinder machine has not been optimized to serve as the main grinder. For high-volume cafes, this should be a secondary grinder. Best to be a decaf or espresso grinder. Low-volume places like a bar or restaurant are best preferred.
The dosing accuracy at times can be pretty off. This happens due to the static and clumping in the dosing chamber. Still, we found quite a bit of coffee lingering in the chute.
P.s – it is best to purge two times before expecting new settings to show results
Key Features
Heavy-duty motor: It was designed to take a commercial burnt. Integrated with a thermal overload switch it automatically shuts off if the machine started to overheat.
